KNZ National Summer Camp 2009

Keen Fushin Ryu Students kick started 2009 by attending the KNZ National Open Summer Camp which was held at the Northcote YMCA on Akoranga drive.
The camp made the most of the great weather with a 4km run down to Milford beach for training and lunch.
National coaches took some great sessions with fitness testing interspersed over the 3 days with expert help from our volunteer parents and instructors.
