A chance to learn something new or to get the basics right that you need for the next grade.

This Holiday Program is set to run from Monday the 21st to Thursday 24th of December 

Full day - $50 per day       9am - 3pm    or $180  for 4 days     

Half day morning - $30     9am -12pm 

Half day afternoon - $25  12.30-3pm

Pack as if you are going to School.  Morning tea and Lunch. Shoes for working out side (weather permitting) Gi pants and tee Shirt is good. Bring your hand mitts and mouth guard :-) (Shinguards if you have them) 

First time trying karate? we will have Mitts you can borrow.

**FRK students 2nd Kyu (Brown Belt ) and above **  =  $30 per day 

Family specials - Train for the 4 days $   for 2  / $   for 3   / $ for 4
