KATA        9:30am - 12pm  -   $30 per day or $100 for 5 days

KUMITE  1pm - 3:30pm  -$30 per day or $100 for 5 days

or $175 for both

A high performance-training course over the holidays.

First in First Served Basis - Successful applicants should be warmed up and ready to go by 9:30am

Students should be serious about improving and / or competing.

In 2020 - Oceania Championships in New Caledonia 10yrs+
